Searched for a few places and finally bought our beautiful rainbow kite from 7-Eleven @ Sengkang Swimming Complex. Got it at a reasonable price, should be less than $20 - $25 including the strings. Had a hard time getting the kite up after many tries! Luckily there is a kind regular kite flyer who bothers to come over and tell us that the stick was too long. Guessed someone mixed up the stick at the shop after opening. hmmmm.
When u are complaining and grumbling about how busy your life is... How difficult your work are or how much things and bills are piling to get your attention...
Did u bother to stop and pace down your busy life and spend some time with your family members?
Did u bother to call and ask how are your relatives doing? Those whom you have been so close before, but distanced away due to your busy hectic life?
I didn't do the above... and, I'm guilty! I'll try to do that more often... I just realized that being busy is just an excuse. When things happen, u can continue to get busy for nothing or money money money... But u will never get back those times and relationships that you have lost over time.
Maybe I haven't said enough or have never said before, I love my family and my boyfriend and friends!!! They may not be the reason, but I am what I am today, because I have them.
Weeeee... Trip was short but great with good travel buddies! Felt that chemistry is very important when travelling with partners for the 'to-do' and 'what's next' man. It was a nice getaway and I won 50RM at the casino :D
Had a really short break and times passes very fast! The next thing we knew was that, we need to check out and head back home :(
Set off from Golden Mile at 10.30pm and had supper @ Yong Peng. It was raining very heavily when we got off the bus at night...
Reached Genting around 6am and we are the only group that alighted at Genting Highlands. As none of us knew where we were supposed to check in, we walked around the entire Genting and ended up back in 1st World Hotel! Round and round and finally found RESORT HOTEL. Took our check-in queue number and deposited our bags. Hunted around for breakfast to pass time as we can only check-in at 12pm and it's too early for theme park!
Checking in
New and clean!
New
New and nice!
Even their safebox looks soooo new :)
Guess what, you can open the door behind the safebox, and see through the bathroom from outside! Brrrr, think it's for convenience purpose so that one can just open the waredrobe for their clothes. :P
Happy
Can't help but love this room, even the fan looks new and clean :)
CY and Ling: I caught u lazing around and camwhoring!
As compared to First World Hotel room, I'll definately prefer Resort Hotel and go back again. Everything is so much better, and I feel happier to stay in such a new and nice room :)
Bye Bye First World.
Loves the carefree feeling and the not-having-to-worry-about-anything day!
Favourite rides among all and stayed in there for many rounds till we got giddy.
A ride that brings you nothing but feeling carefree.
Ever encountered problems when trying to pen down your profile, educational background and work experiences in a resume?
Ever told yourself that you will start writing resume once you have time, so that you can start to look a jobs but 'that time' never came?
I've experienced both the above and guess that I will still face the same problems whenever I need to switch jobs.
Came across this article and though it may be great to share the few pointers to think through and strategize before writing your resume?
Self-Reflection before Resume Writing
[Ready for the most important question?] What benefits do I offer employers over other QUALIFIED candidates?
The set of questions are the usual questions that I asked my candidates during interviews, but strangely… when I posed the questions back to myself, I do not seem to have much answer for it.
Lastly, spotted this last sentence and totally agreed with it!
"Employers and recruiters will connect with the person behind the resume, if you can show them there is one!" – Recruiters (like me) really enjoy reading good resumes and look forward to meeting the candidates for interview if we feel 'connected'.

Shall ponder and self-reflect on the questions tonight over dreams… hope it's gonna be a sweet dream and not nightmare!
Irks to see how people who don't deserve gets awarded. Especially to those who don't appreciate. 恶心!
If u would like to be excused or totally don't feel like doing, tell me honestly and directly but don't give me reasons that can be easily avoided u adults! Nothing is impossible if you have the heart to get it done. In fact, I totally can't accept all these lame excuses.
It only shows how lame you are as a person and how immature your thoughts are. I don't understand. Will I be like this as well when I reach that age too? No passion, no sportsmanship, no leadership and live in my own shell................?
I truly appreciate the bunch of supportive people... Perhaps, they might felt that they are being forced to it too? Oh well, whichever. I'm not interested and will stop doing things that no one knows how to appreciate. A total waste of effort!
