Had a very original, in-house, warm and heartfelt celebration with colleagues! What's in for a great feast?

Kitchen team did a great job and dishes out a lot of wonderful food from Chili crab, mushroom abalone with Sea cucumber, 'Kong Ba' bao to prawns with Vermicelli, ending with 'Hai de ye' with Longan for dessert. A spread of steamboat items were prepared and consists of fresh fish balls from Bedok, fish slices, seafood and vegetables. Without saying, for sure we had our famous laksa as one of the steamboat soup base.

With all the food, of course we needed our Operations team to do a great set-up which is very important as well. With such a spread of food, we sure need proper set-up to enhance the atmosphere and dining purposes right. Set-up was great as dining table was replaced immediately after a messy Lou Hei for steamboat.

Mini vegetarian steamboat was done too...

Of course, for all of these to happen, we have to 'Thank the Organizers!' First project together by S,R & Y was wonderful. The horoscope print out and the meticulous orange goody pack was creative and useful!

Had a long night of gathering and feasting... Sis and myself went home with two bags of take-away for parents and brothers to enjoy too! It was always great to gather... regardless of what festive/occasion!

People gets closer... happier... cheerful and forward looking...
It's all about the people around you and the energy you get!

Just hoping that it can last longer, but it always seemed to disappear on the very next day.
