I just realized that I have yet post a single entry about my birthday this year!
Trying very, very hard to recall what did I do this year...
Friends, of course... I had a surprise celebration at one during our usual MJ gathering on the last day of the year. We were supposed to meet next week instead but they decided to bring forward and do it together during the MJ gathering since most of them cannot make it next week. It was on New Year's eve and since we knocked off early, I even met CY for high tea dim sum at Chinatown after work before meeting up with the girls for MJ at night!
I waited for very long... and no one knocks on my door yet. Thus, decided to bath first instead of waiting aimlessly. Just when I start to bath, my mum was shouting outside that my friends are already here! How coincident.
So, I went out hurriedly and saw them with the cake... alright, it was really a surprise as I didn't expect such an early celebration. Thanks girls for doing the shopping and getting the food, drinks and cake up!
As you know now, I was caught in a super unglam state where I have not even had a chance to comb my hair nor change and my very good friends, insisted that I should take photo. Oh well, luckily I am always nature... else I may just turn into an auntie :p
