No concrete plans for today, and had the same routine at work but with different phone greetings from various contacts. "Happy V' Day!" Called Claire and David today... Both long distanced calls, and was glad that I could still to contact them after sometime.
1st call to Claire was answered by her Mother. Friendly, still remembers PSCC and did not hesitate to assist to get Claire to call us back from BJ. Wonderful and she returned my call after work. Chatted with her during the walking journey from office to Rui Choon!
David was good as I managed to catch him on on the first call. Being a Chatty David, we spoke for some time and he was still as friendly. I will remember and sure to look for you if one day, I'm at SH for a leisure trip. Not forgetting the promised dinner and offer as a personal tour guide.
Apart from work, J 'jio' for Dim Sum dinner at Geylang 126, to spend the day together. Counter suggested Rui Choon instead as it is nearer, more convenient to go home and invited CY too. We left the office at 8pm, with S and SH idling around. Knowing that they have no idea what to do, I've grabbed them for dinner with us. While waiting for Edwin at Aza, D was so sweet, and offered us a stalk of Rose each to mark V'Day since we are the last 4 ladies around. I took one for CY too. Ha-ha...
Dinner was very busy for me, as I had to return call to David again to get information. Spoke for 30mins and back to my seat for dinner. Thanks to the girls as they did not finish all the foods and kept them aside for me. But... it the servings was albeit too generous. Being hungry, they ordered again~ Was supposed to call R to inform him when we left office, but didn't have the chance! Finally managed to call after talking to Claire and David and he decided to join us for dinner with GP after knowing that the girls are all together. They made their way down from Thumper lo... not knowing that they still need to go back!
Called Andrew to help me check movie timing but all not suitable, and decided to ask dad to fetch me back since they are outside. Dad sent CY back to harbourfront as well after a few invalid attempts to drop her off to take a cab then, from Harbourfront, we drove back to Bugis and home!
Been time since such a dinner was done after the last with Kelly. It was a great dinner with the babes, and R... Just rest and relax, jokes and chats.
