A problem could be solved easily if the facts are correct, right from the start. I have no doubt, but with full trust that you are in the right state of mind to explain things to us. However, it turned out to be otherwise...
At the end of it, you wasted everyone's time and worries, and when things are being resolved, you disappeared!
